Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of Little Block Barn's personalised products, I am not able to offer a refund for change of mind. If your blocks arrive in a damaged condition due to transportation, please contact me immediately and I will work with you to rectify the problem. Generally, parcels damaged in transit remain the responsibility of Australia Post. Your blocks are packaged very well and great care is taken to ensure they arrive safely at their destination.

All Little Block Barn products are handmade and therefore they are perfectly imperfect. I believe this is something that makes them both unique and special. Timber is a natural product and there will always be variations in the wood grain. This is not considered a fault.
