Refund Policy
Due to the nature of Little Block Barn's personalised products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If your blocks arrive in a damaged condition due to shipping, please contact our delivery service provider which is Australia Post. Parcels damaged in transit remain the responsibility of Australia Post. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim as they may require this. Your blocks are packaged very well and great care is taken to ensure they arrive safely at their destination.
All Little Block Barn products are handmade and therefore they are perfectly imperfect. We believe this is something that makes them both unique and special. Timber is a natural product and there will always be variations in the wood grain. This is not considered a fault.
