Domestic (within Australia) Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders are made to order and are processed within 10-15 business days. We use Australia Post as our delivery service provider. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes & Parcel Lockers:
Little Block Barn ships to all address types within Australia.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Little Block Barn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Little Block Barn is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (Australia Post) to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim as they may require this.
Incorrect address:
Little Block Barn is not liable for any extra costs incurred when an incorrect or old address is supplied. Please double check your external payment accounts (eg. PayPal) address is up to date. It is the responsibility of customers to ensure the right shipping address is attached to any order placed.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:
Please ensure you follow the tracking of your parcel closely and, if required, pick your parcel up promptly from your local post office. If you do not, your parcel will be destroyed within a few days and you will be liable for the cost to replace your items. Little Block Barn will not compensate or be held responsible if this occurs.
Little Block Barn is not liable nor responsible for any parcels lost or damaged in transit. Little Block Barn is also not liable nor responsible for any parcels that are damaged or stolen after delivery. It is strongly recommended that you choose a Signature Required option for your delivery. This will give you added security against theft if a parcel is left unattended at your premises. Once parcels have been posted they become the responsibility of Australia Post. Please refer to the Australia Post policies regarding any of these issues.
